Lost Packages
We entrust our shipping partners with great confidence, but once a parcel leaves our studio, we are not liable for loss in transit. We advise ensuring that your delivery details are accurate and secure.
Delayed Deliveries
In the rare event of a significant delay, you may be eligible for a modest partial refund, depending on the situation. Each case is handled thoughtfully, with care and discretion.
Situations Where Refunds May Apply
Damaged Artworks
If your piece arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

A full refund will be issued once the item is returned to us in its delivered condition.

We will cover the return shipping costs as a courtesy.
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an item other than what you ordered:
