4. Shipping & Delivery

  • At present, we ship across Sri Lanka. International shipping is on the horizon — please contact us directly for bespoke arrangements.

  • Shipping times and charges may vary by location and scale of the artwork.

  • Once dispatched, liability for lost parcels lies with the shipping carrier, though we remain available to support you through any unforeseen issues.

 

 

 

 

5. Returns & Refunds

 


We uphold a refined but fair Return Policy, designed to preserve the integrity of our creations and protect our collectors.


You may review our complete policy , but in essence:


We gladly accommodate returns in the rare event of:

 

  • Damaged artworks (reported within 5 days, with photographs)

  • Incorrect items delivered

 


Refunds are not granted for:

 

  • Change of mind

  • Wear or damage occurring after delivery

  • Natural handmade variations, which we celebrate as part of each work’s soul

Clients may optionally create an account to manage their orders, track purchases, or access exclusive previews.


Please maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. VENNart reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the experience of others.

By acquiring a piece, you own the physical artwork — but not the right to reproduce or distribute its image. Any commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

While we strive to deliver only excellence, we do not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability, in any instance, is limited to the total value of your purchase.
